Retensioning Cam Belt/164LS

Retensioning the belt is definitely recommended at the next oil change or so
after replacing the belt - 5,000 miles or close to it.  This stops the belt
from eventually slipping on the rear exhaust cam, and requiring retensioning
anyway at that time.  Interesting, I seem to recall that the official
maintenance schedule calls for checking the belt tension at 10,000 miles
after replacement.
