now i have installed the newly rebuilt wiring harness
and fresh carpet in the 73 GTV project.
when i took the stainless doorsill kick plates off the
car three years ago, the plates had abraded through
the paint below in several spots and allowed rust to
start up. the previous owner had them just screwed
down after the last cheap paint job.
should something be used between the painted
doorsill and the stainless kickplate, like an adhesive?
thanks,
