I found that without the special tool for the ps pump, removing the ps
hose for easier access worked. However, better yet is to NOT need any
adjustment on the ps pump, don't touch any of the ps adjustment bolts.
Simply removing the three ps pulley bolts will allow for easiest removal
and replacement. Obviously, this method requires the correct size
replacement belt.
