Re: alfa-digest V9 #70

I'd like to second that. The engine never ceases to amaze me. Strong, reliable, with the sexiest sound on the planet next to a Ferrari V-12, and a willingness to rev and a desire to GO that even 140,000 miles can't put a damper on. One hell of an engine.

"Hell, it BETTER", I said. "The damn thing has a 4.2 liter engine in
it". "That's pretty big for a 6-cylinder engine, and the stroke is
what, 14 inches?"
Bah, that's nothing--a GTV6 with stock cams will pull smoothly from
700RPM in FIFTH. As much as I like Jags and 4cyl Alfas, I still
think the Alfa V6 is the greatest thing since rubber tires. :-D
