ITG airfilters

I have agreed to purchase an ITG air filter for dual 45mm webers, with the 
understanding that this filter system could be used in a 40mm carb 
application. Has anyone dealt with this type of filter, and does Sperry carry 
air horns that can make this filter suitable for a 40mm carb set?  Sperry 
does not answer their phone and they don't show an e-mail address on their 
website.
