Milano custom radiator

Hi Guys,

Has anyone done a custom aluminum radiator for the milano for < $300?
If so please let me know. 

I met a person who had one beautifully done by Fluidyne for a price
roughly close to that. But I'm curious if there are other options.

Also are the new Valeo Milano radiators made of aluminum (core) with
plastic end tanks?
