    TOM - the usual suspect here is an exhaust tip that isn't pointed down
or off to the side.  If not it will get sucked into the cabin with the
windows down, as you described.  Also happens on Spiders.  On GTV's the
stock system has the tip angled off to the side.  Perhaps you're running an
Ansa with those beautiful twin chrome tips?  HTH, Ron.
