Iemailed the seller of the late model Spider on EBay, he states that the
car has a New York title. I had asked if the car has DOT and EPA certs. I
know that doesn't help much though....

I spoke to the dealer this afternoon and said that the ownder had it insured
by GEICO... could it be that some lucky !@#$%^&*()! is going to have a
street legal car?  Grrrr....
