A tale of Alfas and Minis

I couldn't help but add to this discussion :)
I love Alfas. I drive one everyday. For years now as I looked around at all of the new cars available, there wasn't anything that I would've rather had instead fo my Alfa (anything under $100,000 at least ;-) ). The new Mini has stolen my heart though. It is a wonderful little car that does everything that it promises and isn't trying to be anything it's not. I test drove a regular Cooper and the Cooper S. The regular Cooper was lacking on get up and go...but that's solved with the supercharged 'S'. I drove the 'S' for an hour. I drove it hard, flew around corners, squeeled the tires, and got cheers and thumbs up from some truckers on the side of the road. Don't get me wrong, I love my Alfa, but I love the new Mini too.
