Something strange going on here... Last year (or the year before?) ARA Prez Henrik Johansen left SF for Portland area leaving behind ARA in the capable hands of Ian. A while later Henrik escaped back home to Denmark. Now Ian also wants to venture to the Rust Coast. Is this some kind of reverse terrorism? These guys are taking their Alfas with them too!

Have AROO Board become headhunters... snatching the best and brightest of ARA for their organization?

I'm starting a betting pool ($1/square) to figure out what country Ian will escape to. I think he's got some Scandihoovian blood in him. Perhaps this is the missing piece to this puzzle. AROO may only be a front for some Aryan Alfa Conspiracy...
