Since virtually everything relating to OBD would come from Bosch everthing 
would come lock stock and barrel from Bosch, since it has also to be done for 
every other Bosch equiped car imported into the US, with little needing to be 
done by Alfa.  Subcontract it just like the rest of the engine management 
system.  No need to reinvent the wheel.
