164 oil leaks

there is a bit of oil in the vicinity of the timing belt/timing belt cover
on this 164. i will need to replace the timing belt and tensioner, but i
will want to identify and repair the oil leak at the same time. what spots
should i be looking at for this? (the oil filler cap was cracked and
broken, and there was oil seeping there; i've replaced it, but am not
at all convinced that it was the source of the oil that i'm seeing.)
