79 Spider front end squeak

I have a 79 Spider that has been in storage for about two years. I 
registered it and got the safety inspection without a problem, including 
jacking up the front end and seeing if the front end was loose in any way. 
The only issue I have with the car is the front end squeaks when the 
suspension travels, such as going over a bump in the road. Is there 
anything that can be lubed, or is this a sign of the original 56K mile 
front end components emitting out a last sigh before they give out?
