Milano idle

You just have to loosen the set nut on the intake plenum and adjust the
other nut.  Tighten to reduce idle, loosen to increase.  If the little
seal inside the plenum chamber is broken or damaged, replace it.
Squeezing the rubber seal is what adjusts the idle.
