Re: alfa-digest V8 #1082
Sid's Upholstery on Old Middlefield Road in Mountain View does a superb
job. They repaired the blown-out side bolster on the driver's seat of
my GTV-6 so that it looked like new (added new leather and plastic),
and did so for less than 200 clams. There are always high-dollar cars
there like Ferraris, Rolls -Royce and Porsche. The last time I was
there they were doing a complete new interior for somebody's bright
yellow and just-restored 1750 GTV.

Subject: SF bay area auto upholstery shops
I'm looking for a shop to redo the seats in my 1974 GTV. I will redo
them in
cloth. Can anyone recommend a shop in the San Francisco peninsula
area (SF
to
San Jose)? I'm more concerned about quality of work than price (but
high
quality work at a great price is even better).
