Question about a 1300 Junior FS

Those of you knowledgeable about juniors can hopefully help me out. I am 
looking at a "maybe" '67 1300 junior, has a 2 Litre Spider engine, new 
sway bars and suspension bits, OK interior and presentable all around, 
62K miles (or is it 162? No way of knowing?)? Based upon those cursory 
details can anyone give me a rough approximation on value? Thanks in advance.
