Re: Lime Rock Labor Day

Hope to see a bunch of you at Lime Rock Labor Day. Steve Earle has been
brought in by Skip Barber to "improve the show" and make it a clone of the
Monterey Hysterics. Scott Terry, Santo Spadaro and Bob Kullas are running
their Giulietta Spiders, Bob Russell may be racing his Sprint Zagato, David
Rivkin is racing his beautiful original GTA that he's owned for thirty
years, Mahlon Craft his Abarth Monomille, Jim Duffield's ex-Walt Hansgen
(Briggs Cunningham, Sebring 1960) Bialbero 1000, Kullas' GTV (ex Michael
Dorsey) and I'm bringing Lynne Alexander's Siata 300BC and driving my
partner's Fiat 850 powered Beach Mk 4B H Modified against two dozen cars
with twice to five times the displacement (standard stuff, can you believe
I'm looking forward to kicking some British iron?) Look for the large white
trailer with the red stripe, Krause & England, Inc. in the A Paddock, your
admission allows you access to the whole place. It's not just Monday that's
cool, concours on Sunday, a weekend long swap meet and lots of racing Friday
and Saturday. Come on out!
