Heavy steering Alfetta

The Alfetta sedan I had years ago had delightfully light steering once 
underway, although it was a bit heavy at low speed.  If the Michelins were on 
the car during the time it was stored, I'd get a new set on it before I 
checked anything else.  Old tires, even properly inflated, have caused 
horrible manners on a few cars I've owned!
