Kartalamakis' book is back

A while back I asked about this book, and I was told to check on Motor Books
in London.  I did "buy" the book on line, but next business day I received
an e-mail saying that it was out of print and unavailable.  But I could
choose to keep it on back order, which I did.
A month later I received another e-mail saying that it was again on print
and it would would become available shortly, so I reconfirmed my purchase.
Last week another e-mail told me that the book was on route, and finally it
arrived!  Brand new reprint, 14.99 pounds plus shipping.
What a service, always responding my e-mails within 24 hours and shipping
when promised.
