Alfa running poorly

I have been running great, but started to have a miss at about 3500 RPM. 
Now my car will not pull a load at all.  Idles fine, spins up fine with
out load.  I have changed the plugs, Fiddled with the timing, moved my
ground on the Crane ignition,  Changed to a different cap and rotor. 
Checked the idle screws on the Webers, none are backed out.  Plug wires
are not to old.  Anyone have any idea on anything I am overlooking.
