Alfa 164 S (1991) FS in Montreal

My wife finally got her driving license, but still cannot drive a car with a
manual transmissionb& So, the Alfa has to go.

-Red / black interior
-82,000 miles
-Sold new in Canada, but a US car (with non-metric instruments)
-Second owner; bought in 1996 with 42,000 miles
-at about 50,000 miles, major jobs were done: new clutch, new A/C compressor;
new brake rotors, new timing belt and tensioner, and a few leaking gaskets on
the engine were replaced
-has been pampered and driven as an Alfa should be
-has been regularly serviced at a well-known garage in Montreal (John Scotti)

The overall condition of this car can probably be described as bvery goodb
if not bexcellentb. There are a few blemishes on the paint, a very small
ding on the trunk and spoiler, but it looks very good for an 11-year old car.
 Interior is in excellent condition. Engine is like new.

 What has been done on this car in the last year:
-new steering box;
-A/C system recharged (works perfectly);
-new thermostat;
-new oil pressure sensor;
-new brake pads;
-new exhaust system (Alfa center section and Stebro rear section (twin
tips));
-CD player installed.

What needs to be done:
-get new tires;
-have the grid of the rear window defroster redone;
-change an ABS sensor (rear wheel; about $400 CDN + labor) b the brakes are
perfectly working though and the ABS system is even operational, but only at
temperatures below 60 F or so !!!
-have the Airbag system fixed b it has been reset a few times, but the light
still comes on b I have been told that all the contacts should be cleaned.

I am asking $8,000 CDN (about $5,000 US).
