Re: GTV6 Shankle Sureshift Availability?

Sorry. The Sureshift not been available for several years, according to Alfa Ricambi. According to Larry Dickman, Shankle used to buy the gear shift mechanisms that they modified from Alfa Parts Exchange (APE) and they haven't ordered any in several years which seems to be corroborative evidence.

Subject: GTV6 Shankle Sureshift Availability?

Hello All,

I recently picked up an exceptionally clean, one owner
GTV6. It is 100% stock including the plastic shift
bushings.

I do not want to go through the hassle of installing the
elastomeric linkage (I think that is what it was
called). However, I was considering the Shankle
Sureshift kit which was popular in its day.

Anywa, does anyone know who might still carry these
kits? I tried AR-Ricambi but they no longer show them.
Any other sources?

Thanks,

MAI
