Here are the specifics one more time:

1. New radiator (about 8 months ago)
2. Lower temp fan switch
3. New hoses
4. New Thermostat
5. 60/40 water/coolant mix
6. Water wetter
7. Fan is working
8. Gauges check out

The problem only comes up when the AC is on.  Otherwise it can be 105 degrees, sitting in NYC traffic and the it'll never move past 175 degrees.  I'm adding the Aux fan in hopes that since its related to the AC it'll solve the problem.

Any suggestions welcome
