Spider hester blowing cold air

One possibility is that the fabric on the ducting has disintegrated or the 
ducts have popped off the fittings (this happened on my 71 Spider).  

Another is the control lever isn't actuating or is partly disconnected.

Another is the heater control valve is gone.  If so, DO NOT WEAR NICE SHOES, 
because when it gives it up for good, hot nasty water comes out on the 
diver's foot.  Rumor says this was a tie-in with upscale Milanese 
leathergoods maker Rosselli forged over an evening of Brunello and Oso Bucco 
at Bifi.
