Caster Bushings

Can anyone offer the pros and cons for replacing the upper control arm caster 
bushings with polyurethane versus original.  My '74 GTV still seems a little 
loose, especially on turn in.  Ball joints, bushings and tie rod ends all 
seem tight.  But I noticed that I can deflect the caster bushings probably 
3mm or so by pushing the top of the wheel by hand.  While they don't appear 
damaged, it does seem like a lot of slop.  Experiences to share?
