JMilano turn signal switch

Ah - a classic!

From my own experience on one Milano, but numerous case of non-callelities, 
the mechanical aspects of the multiswitch really can't be fixed (if by that 
you mean the repair lasts for more than a few days tops).  The solution is to 
replace it with a new one.  And even then, it may take a couple of tried 
before you get a NEW one that works!  But, once you have a new switch that 
works, it should stay working for another 10 or 12 years.  Not too bad, 
considering the design life of the part was probbaly intended to be one month 
longer than the old-car tax penalty date in Italy, which I think was around 4 
years.
