GTV 2000 windshield trim

another open issue on my GTV is the front windshield trim. it currently has
none; the restoration that was being done when i bought it stopped before
that was reinstalled. i have found myself with three complete sets of trim,
but it's all two piece, with clips to cover the joints in the middle of the
top and the bottom.

the parts book shows that the trim for this car is 4 pieces, with joints at
the middle of the top and the bottom, and at the middle of the sides. the
parts car that i've ignored for too long has the 4 pieces of trim.

since all three sets of two piece trim are a bit bent out of shape, and the
4 piece trim on the parts car is more "correct" and not yet bent, the big
question is how to get it off without bending it. anybody have any
suggestions? then, what's the best way to reinstall it?
