Re: How to tell a 2.5 from a 3.0 V6



On early 2.5s the cam covers are smooth with "Alfa Romeo" in flowing script.
Later 2.5s (later model GTV6 and most all 2.5 Milano) have cast-in "ribbing"
running the length of the cam cover and "ALFA ROMEO" cast in block letters.
The "2.5" is cast at the front of the plenum on later 2.5s but not early
ones.
