Unfortunately, as in any state or country, laws and regulations are never mathematically correct; just politically correct. Why the cutoff for 1973 and older cars? Why not a rolling 25 years?

This is a rhetorical question, of course, and reading other car lists they have the same questions and concernes but not one of us have Gov. Gray Davis' ears ... or any other head of state for that matter ... to be heard or even agreed to.
