tiresize calculator

i'd previously mentioned that i had a program for simple tire size
computations sitting around. it was of limited value because you need to
have a C or a lisp system on your computer to use it.

i've now put together a rudimentary excel 95 format spreadsheet for tire
size computations, at

i wrote it using Gnumeric on my linux system, so i know it's fairly
portable. it does need a touch more work, though, and a gear ratio
spreadsheet is something i'm thinking about too.
