spider door locks

The door handle locks on my '74 spider are shot.  The key barrels (or 
whatever you call them) are missing.  Can these key...thingies be replaced by 
any locksmith, or do I have to replace the entire door handle?   Does anyone 
have these key whachamacallits for sale?  Does anyone have door handles for 
sale?
