It looks like Alfa can't be loosing that much money. I think FIAT the
car producer can't produce competitive cars. When they should have 20V
Turbo engines in ALL their hot hatches, now I think the 20V Turbo is
history. In place is some less than exciting powerplant. Lancia is a
basket case. In the early 70's to late 80's they had some gorgeous and
high performance cars. All that history, back to average engines in
average looking bodyshells.

Alfa on the other is doing real well with almost all their cars. 147
and 156 are selling really well. And they continue being innovative,
like the new JTS. 152lb/ft of toruqe from a 2.0 at 4000-5000 rpm. Heck
even MUGEN VTEC engines with hi-comp pistons can do that, let alone a
road going Type-R engine!
