stuck rear brake calipers

The rear calliper piston on my left side disc brake won't budge.

 

Any ideas on how I can get the piston to withdraw ?

 

The brake pads are almost worn out completely, and I was trying to
renew.

 

I guess they have seized up a bit as the rear brakes don't get a lot of
use.

 

Any ideas or do I have to buy a new calliper ?
