So Bernie - 
Why should you get "extra credit" for having an automatic?  After all, you 
don't have to baby the shift from first to second or worry at all about the 
downshift from third to second.  Actually, some folks think automatics 
deserve PENALTY points for having NO synchros, thus no synchro problems.
