Turn Signals on 86 GTV6

OK, here is my problem: On my 86 GTV6, the right turn signal lights work
fine and it makes the proper clicking sound inside the car.  But the left
signals do not work and there is no clicking.  I am hoping that this is an
easy fix, so I thought I'd throw it out on the digest and get some sage
advice...
