Well

They look like Momo Vega but have those extra spoke-type things so not sure.

Nothing to do with Momo but while I was trying to figure out what wheels
these are, I found this fascinating site. It brings back plenty of memories
from 70s Motown. http://www.roadsters.com/wheels/ Boy, how we used to drool
over Cragar SS and slotted mags, man....
