I agree with Ben Higgins statements about flaring your own lines. 
 
The problem is not in finding the lines themselves, but the fittings with the 
long non threaded area on the end.  I spent a large amount of time last 
winter looking for the exact same fitting for the steering rack on my 164.  
Previously I had tried a pre-made line on my 1750 GTV and the fittings did 
not work, brake fluid not quite everywhere.

A good double flaring tool can be rented at almost every autoparts store, and 
the flare is close enough to the original that it will conform when you 
tighten up the fitting.  I have been using a replacement brake line like this 
for four years on my 1750, and it has seen track time and autocross time, so 
the pressure has been there.
