hydrocarbon refrigerants

Before everybody runs out to mix propane and iso-butane for their cars air
conditioning might, they might save some time by doing a little research.
It is apparantly available and legal for use in the U.S. and elsewhere.
Check out http://www.autocool-refrigerants.com/ for one source of HC
refrigerants and some info on its advantages.  There are some clauses for
legality in the U.S. but it is basically universally compatible with
existing car AC systems.
