Wobbly 164 front end again

Took off the wheels to investigate my front end shimmy, which most have
diagnosed as a bad MC. Need to buy one tomorrow.
Front right side has play in the suspension arm bushings where it fastens
to the subframe so either the wobble was partially caused by the slop, or
it caused it. Now the cardisk manual shows how to take off the rear
mounting which is nice, but that one is reasonably obvious. How does the
front one come out?
The bush sits in a hole in the arm, so it seems like it might slide out of
there, but the pin it sits on is bashed flat at both ends so the bush cant
slip off either end.
What am I missing?
Does the pin come with the new bush?
Does the bush have no inner sleeve?
Do I have to buy a new arm?
