Paul,

     For glass-cartridge, Buss European "GBC"-style fuses, try your
local NAPA store.  Mine had assortments only on their display shelves,
but a complete stock of single-amperage 5-packs in the back room.
The NAPA stock numbers for 5-packs of 8- and 16-amp GBC fuses are
782-1080 and 780-1082, respectively.

     It's also worthwhile to buy one of those little plastic fuse
pullers.  It makes removal and insertion of the fuses much easier
without distorting the copper (brass?) contacts.
