Two Spica manifolds with one throat cut off each? :-)

Flow actually should be about right; each throat
handles about 500cc in a 2L, so that should work if
you use six in a 3L. There's even a place for an
injector port.  And depending on how you mount them in
the valley of the V6 (with the tops together or the
bottoms together), you could arrange for a pushrod or
a pull-type linkage to the pedal.

And it'd be all Alfa...
