Hi,

My milano has the following exhaust config:

SZ headers
2" downpipes
Burnsstainless 2-1 collector (mild steel)
2.5" pipe to an Mitsu EVO6 TME cat
2.5" Edelbrock RPM muffler 
stebro rear muffler.

Not too loud, just nice, easy to install. Stock Alfa Milano exhaust are
crap. They last pretty long, though it looks like Luigi made a design
error and just decided to use a sledge hammer to make it all fit (sharp
kinks and indentations). Also, I just hate slip joints.

Glasspacks won't do much. I chose the edelbrock muffler as it is
stainless steel (409), compact, not a 100% straight flow (it's like a 
double Y internal core, so it's not too loud), and reasonably priced.
Bought mine from summit racing.
