Jon,

I have done a project car and can now cross that off my list. My advice? 
Find which Alfa you prefer and buy the VERY BEST example you can 
find/afford. As little things crop up here and there, you can derustify your 
skills.

My latest purchase was a Maratona with just a shade over 12K mi. and, for 
all intents & purposes, brand-new.
