Hi!
     Particularly as you say that you are planning to replace all
     the tires, i'd suggest doing that first thing.   i recently
     replaced the 4 not too worn out looking, but over 10 year old,
     cracked sidewall, leaky tires with new Pirellis, and my 60mph
     shimmy vanished!
