Subject: 164 Camber

Alan,

I fixed mine simply by making the (top) holes in the shock absorber oval. It's been 30,000 miles
since I did it and the front tires are like new. You'll need an air drill with a metal chewing bit the size
of the hole. Take either a compass or make yourself one out of two straight rods joined at one end.
Then, place one side of that compass on the center of the lower bolt (attaching the the strut to the
spindle assembly) and mark the circular path at the other hole that needs to be enlarged. I suggest making
the camber just 0 degrees. The handling doesn't suffer that much, yet the tires will last you a long time.

Good luck,
