re: No start, No run, what to do?- An AD Primer

In AD v8n729, Fred wrote a nice intro to "No Start" troubleshooting and ended 
it with the question:

I haven't seen very many responses yet (one?) to this generous offer, so I'll 
speak up.

Yes, please, Fred, do continue. I loved the first installment and would find 
the rest very beneficial. Further, I think it would be both a great primer 
for the novices amongst us and a great refresher for the experienced.
