Fairly certain it will, but the resultant setup will not fit into a
Sud easily. Think you need the 16V 33 cross member as
well, and on that the suspension mounts are different,
which might make it fun to sort out a match to the Sud
suspension arms

I know of a Sud in the UK fitted with a 16V 33 engine, bored
out to 1830 which is VERY quick
