Re: Catalytic converters and mufflers



The guy who wants $1229 is a rape artist and you should stay away--I
had a local race shop custom build the exhaust on my GTV-6 ( I think
every bit as complicated as the Spider) for about $500 including new
pipe, muffler and hangers. Don't know about Midas, but you can find
someone to do it MUCH cheaper. ( I have head some "increasing cost"
attributed to Midas, so be sure you get a firm price, and don't get
bamboozled!
