Hello,  On my 86 Spider.. How often should I torque the head?  Hot or 
cold?  Also..Is there a torque spec for the Valve cover?

I'm about to take a fairly long trip..and as far as I know my head has not 
been torque for as least 20K miles

Please advise...I want to do no harm.
