Re: Collection

I think it is a credit to this digest that a dark black limo with glasses
and overweight guys smelling of salami and mortadella (sorry for the
stereotype) that look like they have come out of the Soprano's have not
shown up on Ed's door... yet... ;-)

Any other digest that someone would refer to the marque as an "any old" I
think the tar and feathers would have come out the same day....

And I should know, I am on two of them.

I just want to feel that me and my Alfa are both (esp. the Alfa) very loved
in this digest. The best feeling about going to West Suburban was having
the owner come by and lovingly look at the Verde for some 10 minutes....

So my feelings feel at LEAST a little hurt about this whole ordeal, (esp
considering that Ed's email addy seems to indicate he owns a Laverda) even
though I understand that his reaction was provoked and if the track Ed is
referring two is not straight or oval, I am considering of taking the Verde
with its very non stock suspension down there for a "stroll"....

Forgive the "flame" and please believe me it is a much milder email than the
one sitting in my draft section.

88 Milano "old" Verde
(Super Sport Shankle torsion bars, same type rear and front anti-sway bars,
poly-urethane bushings through out, front sway bar frame mount point
re-enforcement, racing lower rear springs, spherical de-dion SZ type
bushing, 115 type castor rod ends, asymmetrical upper control arm all metal
bushings, 40 profile tires on 16x7 wheels and a minimum ground clearance of
3.75 inches at the dual converters - and yes, I HATE negotiating speed bumps
and IL roads)
